Finally, a family-owned, “old-fashioned” dry cleaning establishment with standards of yesteryear. When Dubin Cleaners moved into their current location on Orchard Lake and 13 Mile Roads, I was thrilled to learn that Andy and Sandy Dubin were third-generation owners of the cleaners. Having grown up in the laundry and dry-cleaning business in New Jersey, I had been searching for a cleaner who both knew his business and cared about his customers. Dubin Cleaners proved to be the answer. The quality of their work, the personality of the staff, and the treatment of each customer as “their friend” is almost unheard of in today’s world.

I switched over to Dubin Cleaners almost 3 years ago. I never hear complaints anymore that the sweaters and shirts come back with the stain or missing buttons. The service is wonderful. They have gone the extra mile for my family a number of times to take care of spots and stains that others could not get out. I have recommended them to my friends and family. Try them out!!!

Dubin Cleaners is WONDERFUL! The first time I came to Dubin I got a HUGE smile from the front desk before I even got out of my car. When I got inside each member of the staff stopped what they were doing to genuinely say hello to me. The owners even shook my hand, and guests that came in after me were greeted by name. It was obvious right away that they cared about their customers. I was blown away.
The order I dropped off was treated beautifully... I got everything back quickly, and looking brand new. I can't say enough wonderful things. As long as I'm living in town Dubin will be the only cleaner I use.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!! This store is very easy to find, and has great owners. They care about their customers and go above and beyond. They also remember their customers, which doesn't happen often nowadays. They have fixed buttons, hems and a very stinky comforter for me. They try their best to get stains/smells out and they are honest with you if they think your article is 'too far gone'. They also have decent prices on large dry cleaned items. I take all my suits there and they never mess it up. I highly recommend this for all your dry cleaning, specialty laundry and tailoring needs!
